Knit-Yarnover-Knit Increase (KYOK)


The knit-yarnover-knit increase is a two-stitch, centered increase. A knit, yarnover, and knit are all worked into the same stitch to create three stitches out of one.

  1. Knit into the next stitch, leaving the original stitch on the left needle.
  2. Yarnover.
  3. Knit into the same stitch again, dropping the original stitch from the left needle.
